THE DARK YORKSHIRE SERIES
 “
Greg Patmore changed my life through his voice and your writing somehow I connected with a friend that I hadn’t seen for 50 years too long to go into but thank you x I’m thrilled that there is a chance to get through this awful situation [Covid19 Pandemic 2020] listening to Greg! Keep writing I love these books as a Yorkshire woman it was good to know the places you took me to.”

“Dark Yorkshire series. Love them!! Dark, scary gritty and interesting. I am doing the audio and the reader is wonderful. They come alive, if they do a video series of them I will be right there waiting. Thank for all the information.”

Seasons of Mist
Listening to Paul Finch's 'Season of Mist' and Greg Patmore's narration, combined with the rainstorm outside is pretty much the perfect Witching Season kickoff.

The King's War
In a resonant baritone, with a tinge of a British inflection, narrator Greg Patmore expertly depicts their continuing friendship and professional relationship after the earlier volume ends. Patmore's authoritative, crisp, and vibrant performance brings the worlds of both the Windsors and the Logues to life. Logue family diaries, letters, and other documents were extensively mined, and Patmore enlivens them.

Evil is a Matter of Perspective
As always, Greg Patmore does a fantastic job narrating the audiobook. He's one of the rare narrators who can manage both male and female voices of almost any description and do so convincingly. His vocal inflections are spot on and his tempo shifts are subtle but effective. MasterTorian

In the Shadow of the Storm by Anna Belfrage
The narrator is absolutely spot on, whose widely ranging talent provides the final dimension needed to fully immerse the listener....It will be a little disappointing going back to the usual fare. Camille

AUDIOBOOK NARRATION – THRILLERS, BEST VOICEOVER

Wanted a Gentleman by KJ Charles
"A ridiculously good audio book": What made the experience of listening to Wanted, a Gentleman the most enjoyable? The voice acting in this was so above par and complimented the great storytelling perfectly. This is the first audio book of his [Greg Patmore] that I've read. It was phenomenal, though. While I have to say that I loved the ebook version of this story, it has got nothing on the audio book. If you combine the great writing style of K.J. Charles and the highly enjoyable voice narration of Greg Patmore, you were bound to have a hit.  Most of that rest in the hands of the narrator, Greg Patmore. Man, what a voice. Not only is it incredibly easy to listen to, but just the way he used it to bring out the very best in these characters.

Review in Audiofile Magazine: Narrator Greg Patmore skillfully evokes the theme that opposites attract with his voices for Theo and Martin. Theo's nasal voice conjures up a slightly built intellectual with a satirical outlook on life. Patmore makes Theo likable by voicing his honest assessment of his own questionable morality. Martin, a freed slave from the Caribbean, is the perfect vocal foil to Theo. His deep, solemn tones and measured dialogue capture Theo's interest from the first. The long carriage ride to Gretna allows their intimate relationship to develop, which Patmore delivers with intensity and humor. Enjoy this clever historical with excellent narration. Review in The Novel Approach: This is a thoroughly entertaining historical brought to life by a fabulous narrator, who was new to me. Greg Patmore does a fabulous job with the accents and voice characterizations. I really liked they way he acted the parts of Theo and Martin, especially. Highly recommended, especially for historical fans. LINK TO FULL REVIEW

James Lake: The Big Foot File by Neil F Wilson
Greg Patmore delivers a steady performance as narrator while enriching each character's personality for the listener. With numerous credits to his name including Big Finish's Dark Shadows audio dramas, Greg is no stranger to the world of audio. Alwyn Ash (full review)

Undercover: Operation Julie - The Inside Story by Stephen Bentley
Half way through the story or even before, I forgot there was a narrator to this book and truly felt as if the author was reading his own story. That takes talent and belief in a story, not just reading from a script. Fuzzysaver

A RARE HISTORICAL ROMANCE GEM! I’m a fan of male narration for romance and Greg Patmore didn’t fail me. He was perfect. TWO THUMBS UP HIGH!  Sheryl Beauchemin

Prepare to be amazed!:  When you press play, it’s like popping open a lovely champagne- bubbling over with effervescence and life. Within the first 5 minutes of the opening salutation, I was completely bewitched by the irresistible combination of a well- written story given sparkling animation by a truly gifted voice actor. I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve been inspired to compose a favorable review before the first chapter was fully underway (that usually happens if the audiobook is exceptionally horrid...).  I’ll be looking for this author/narrator duo with eager anticipation. Camille

Wayyyy better than expected : Wow this book was great. It was something out of the ordinary.   No spoilers here but it was a great listen, with a great narrator. Minks·

Altitude by Dean Crawford
"Then there is the narration - or should that be production? This is so well done, it feels like a whole cast of actors has been employed here, rather than just Greg Patmore. His ability to become each and every player individually is remarkable and, by slight technical effects for such details as conversation via communication systems, made very real. His reading voice for the ongoing text is American but the British pilots' accented voicings and other nationalities of the passengers and flight assistants is absolutely spot on. Is this really just the one narrator?" *****

Highland Betrayal by Anna Markland

“ I must also say words of praise of the narrator Greg Patmore. I recently found his voice and he is one of the most amazing narrators! He has so many different voices to his armamentarium and the lilting sounds of his voice really make the story seem like movie!
Thank you for such an enjoyable book!” Esther Lee

"A man of honor, a woman of courage ..." I listened to an Audiobook of Highland Betrayal. I can honestly say that it is the best book that I have read/listened to this year.  The narration by Greg Patmore further enhances the story. Between Markland's gifted writing and Patmore's narration the story of Morgan Pendray and Hannah Kincaid is brought to vivid life.  Magnificent"  Karen M

"Great AudioBook!" I really enjoyed this audiobook. The narrator had a very pleasant voice and accent. He told the story in a way that made you feel you were right there! JPeter21
